Policies:

All grooming clients must register on our software and upload the required vaccine information prior to booking an appointment. Required vaccinations for grooming and bathing services are; Rabies, Distemper and Kennel Cough. It is the client’s responsibility to keep the vaccine information up to date in our software. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled grooming or bathing service are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service and will be charged to the credit card on file.
