F.a.Q’s

Thank you for your interest in Calling all paws!

We strive to be a safe, clean and fun environment for your beloved dog and a faithful friend for your cat or other small animals. Please email or call if you have any questions above and beyond the information listed below.

Canine clients are expected to provide up to date vaccine information prior to beginning daycare or boarding. If any required vaccine has lapsed, your dog will not be allowed to come until the vaccine(s) have been updated. Please download the Paw Partner app (follow the link to client software on the header of each web page) to upload your pets vaccine information, schedule a service and make payments.

For any stay longer than a week you will be required to tell your vet that your pet is in the care of Calling All Paws and that we are authorized to initiate care should it be necessary. You will also be asked to leave a credit card on file at your Vet’s office should care be necessary during your pets stay.

Your dog will be temperament tested prior to the first daycare or boarding stay. Any concerns we have will be brought to your attention.

If your dog shows destructive or aggressive behavior, they are not a candidate for our services as we do not kennel the dogs.

If your dog marks urine, you will be asked to provide belly wraps to be used on your pet while they are indoors.

Clients are expected to disclose any and all medical or behavioral concerns prior to arriving for daycare or boarding. if your dog is sick, please err on the side of caution and do not send him/her to daycare or boarding.

Drop off for daycare is after 7:30 am. Pickup is by 6 pm. Dogs must arrive on a leash (not an extender leash) with a collar on (no harness). Please be aware that dogs go in and outside while at daycare. When there is wet weather (rain, sleet, snow) your dog likely will get dirty. We offer baths by request for an additional fee. Please request a bath before 2 pm to give us ample time to bathe and dry your pet. Please understand that in wet conditions, playing and rough housing will cause your dog to become dirty.

We do not offer transportation on weekends or holidays.

For boarding, please send your dog with a food bag labelled with your dog’s name and the quantity and frequency of food. If your pet takes medication, please clearly label the quantity and frequency with which the medication is given. Please do not send any item that you are attached to as we cannot be responsible for beds, toys etc. Please provide tempting food options should your pet decide not to eat while boarding. Please let us know of any known allergies your pet has- particularly food allergies. Please provide us with a reliable way to contact you or someone you trust to make decisions while you are traveling.

We are happy to provide home care services (mail collection, plant watering etc.) while providing cat care. Please provide a list of any house related items you would like done and a quote will be provided beyond the cat sitting rate.
